Zucchini Pasta – Healthy and Very Delicious Dish

People love pasta. But this dish is definitely not for those who are on a diet. However, you may always treat yourself with the healthy alternative of traditional Italian dish – zucchini pasta. This green dish is rather easy to cook and very yummy. Even if you`re not a vegan, you`re going to love this meal!

Instructions:
  1. Fill the bowl of the blender with avocado, basil, mashed garlic, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything, until the mass is smooth.
  2. Pour olive oil into the bowl. Add chopped parsley. Mix everything one more time.
  3. Grate zucchini. You should turn it into pasta.
  4. Pour olive oil on the pan and heat it. Add zucchini, pesto sauce and fry everything for 1-2 minutes. Put tomatoes on the top of it.

If you like, you may add grated cheese. Serve zucchini pasta hot or cold. Both variants are really great!
