If you have old kefir in your fridge and don`t know what to do with it, use diary product to cook delicious pancakes. They are fat-free and extremely tasty. These pancakes can be perfect breakfast or supper. They are really easy to cook, so you will cope with it.

Instructions:
  1. Find a big bowl and break one egg into it. You don`t need to separate white and yolk.
  2. Add salt and sugar into the bowl.
  3. Whip everything with the whisk until sugar melts. It takes about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour kefir into the bowl. By the way, if you want to cook a small number of pancakes, divide the number of all ingredients in two parts. If you want to cook more pancakes take more ingredients and vice versa.
  5. Whip kefir, sugar and egg with the whisk and add vegetable oil. Mix everything once again.
  6. Sift the flour through the sieve and add into the flour, stirring it constantly.
  7. Add baking soda. Mix the mass.
  8. The consistency at this stage reminds thick sour cream.
  9. Preheat the frying pan, filling it with vegetable oil. Use tablespoon to form nice pancakes. Don`t forget, that there should be free place between pancakes, since they`ll grow in size while frying.
  10. Fry pancakes from both sides until they have golden crust.
