Zucchini Pancakes with Garlic
Spicy garlic pancakes made of fresh zucchini can be a perfect snack or dinner.

- Grate zucchini and mix them with chopped dill in the bowl.
- Add whipped eggs, sugar, flour, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything really well. If the dough is too liquid, add more flour.
- Preheat olive oil in the big pan. Fry small green pancakes for 3 minutes from both sides.
