When it`s too hot outside, we always want to eat something easy and fresh. Yummy zucchiniomelette is one of such dishes. Its taste is surprisingly soft and tender. Cook it, and you`ll eat it in a minute. Still you shouldn`t be worried about getting extra pounds. Courgette frittata can be a part of the diet ration. Cut fresh zucchini into thin half-circles. If you use big vegetables cut each circle into four parts.
Chop the onion and mash garlic.
Preheat the frying pan, lubricated with the oil and fry garlic with onion in it. Frying should take about 1-1,5 minutes.
Then add cut zucchini into the frying pan. Stew it for 6-7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Break the eggs into the bowl and mix them with salt and pepper. Add milk and whip this mass until it`s smooth.
Grate cheese and add it into the bowl with eggs.
Tore the leaves of fresh basil. You may use any other types of greens if you like.
Add stewed zucchini into the bowl. Lubricate baking form with butter or vegetable oil. Pour egg mass into it.
Bake it for 30-40 minutes at 356 degrees. When your frittata is ready, leave it to cool down for 15-20 minutes. Then put it on the plate and serve.
