Instructions:
  1. To make a tender frittata, choose small, fresh zucchini. You can even not peel them. Grate each zucchini on the coarse grater, Chop the onion and garlic. Add them into the bowl and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Then you can add the rest of the ingredients. Whip 4 eggs and pour this yellow mass into the bowl. Add cream and grated hard cheese. To prevent the dough from being too liquid, add crunchy breadcrumbs.
