Yummy Steak with French Fries


When it`s cold outside, we need to eat more nutritious food. Steak frites is traditional French dish, so it`s definitely time-tested and yummy.

  1. Choose a nice steak. Get rid of the extra fat and rub it with the salt and pepper.
  2. Add olive into the frying pan and start cooking meat.
  3. Do not eat it immediately. Cover the steak with the tinfoil and leave it for several minutes for it to be tastier.
  4. Wash and peel potato. Cut it into thin long strips.
  5. Put potato into the deep bowl. Add cold water. Leave potato in the water for 2-3 hours.
  6. Preheat oil in the deep pan. Cook French fries until potato is soft. It will take about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Put it on the paper towel to get rid of the extra fat.
  8. Dust potato sticks with the salt.
