Yummy Snack Pies

  1. Mash cottage cheese or brynza with a fork. Chop garlic and greens. Mix everything and salt.
  2. Cut tomato into small circles.
  3. Fill the bowl with boiled water; add salt and sugar. Mix until they totally melt. Add vegetable oil and flour. Make a nice dough.
  4. It shouldn`t be too thick. Perfect dough is soft and non-sticky. Leave it for a half an hour.
  5. Then divide it into two parts and roll each one.
  6. Flat and thin layers of dough you should cover with tomato slices. There should be a particular distance between them.
  7. Put the layer of cheese on the top of tomatoes.
  8. Cover everything with the second layer of dough.
  9. Find a glass of the right size and use it to cut out circles. In the middle of each circle should be a tomato slice.
  10. Find a deep frying pan and heat vegetable oil in it. Fry pies from both sides until they are ready.
  11. In order to get rid of extra fat, put fried pies on the dry paper napkin. That`s it! Fresh pies with cheese and tomatoes are ready!
