Instructions:
  1. Mix the flour with the salt, egg, soft butter. Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes, using a food processor.
  2. Cover the bowl with the lid and leave it for 90 minutes in the warm place.
  3. Meanwhile cook the filling. Preheat the frying pan with the oil and cook onion until it`s golden-yellow.
  4. Add meat, prunes and all your favourite spices. Fry everything for 2-3 minutes. Take the pan off the fire and leave to cool down.
  5. Flatten the dough.
  6. Cut it into small pieces.
  7. Fill each triangle with the filling.
  8. Form small pies.
  9. Put them on the tray, covered with the baking paper. Put the pies into the tray/ Bake them for 25 minutes at 356 F.
  10. Take the tray off the fire. Leave the dish to cool down for 5 minutes.
