Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Take a round baking pan and cover it with a thin layer of butter. If you have two of them, use both at the same time. Dust the bottom of the baking pan with a layer of cocoa powder.
  2. Mix flour with sugar, salt, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder thoroughly.
  3. Take another bowl and mix 0.25 cup of hot water with buttermilk and whipped eggs. Whisk them for 2 minutes until the mass is smooth.
  4. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients in the big bowl. Keep in mind that the batter will be very thin, but do not worry and do not add more flour.
  5. Pour this batter into the prepared baking pans. Bake everything for 45 minutes. Check whether the dough is ready, using a wooden toothpick.
  6. Take the baking pans out of the oven and leave them for 10 minutes on a grid.
  7. In the meantime you can make amazing cherry syrup. Mix 0.5 of hot water with sugar. Bring this sweet liquid to boil. Wait for a minute and remove the saucepan from the heat. Pour in cherry liquor. Leave everything to cool down.
  8. Now it’s time to make the yummy, airy frosting. Whip white cream with icing sugar. Whisk this mass until the mass is thick enough. Leave the whipped cream in the fridge.
