And here are several advices for those who want to cook best salads:

  •         For cooking this salad, you can use store bought sauce or cook it at home. Traditional salad dressing calls for Worcestershire sauce instead of anchovies, used by most chefs now.
  •         You can also add eggs. They are used while cooking traditional Caesar. Do not overcook them. Eggs should be soft centered. This will give your salad creamy taste. What is more, dish will lok brighter.
  •         To make the salad more nutritious and crunchy, add fried bacon or prosciutto.
  •         Salad leaves should be very fresh. To make them crispy, keep salad leaves in ice cold water for 3-5 minutes before using them.
  •         Choose the best cheese. We recommend using Italian Parmesan.
