Instructions:
  1. Take a large skillet with a thick bottom. Add oil and lean ground beef into it. Stir everything slowly, cooking over a medium heat. When the beef is golden-brown, remove from the heat.
  2. Add sliced garlic and a cup of warm water. Simmer everything for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix fragrant spices and sauces in a separate bowl. Combine tomato and Worcestershire sauces with brown sugar, mustard and pepper. Add water and pour this spicy mixture into the pan. Saute this dish for about 40 minutes until the fried ground meat is dry enough. Add spices to taste.
  4. Cut the bun in two pieces and fill it with this meat mass.

This sloppy joe recipe is rather easy. However, if you like fresh dishes, add veggies. Your huge meal will be very yummy. You can use diced onion, pepper and tomatoes.
