Yummy Asian Wraps with Seafood

Using rice paper, fresh seafood and spices, you may cook amazing Asian wraps in several minutes. Use crunchy vegetables to make the taste of this snack fresh. Working with the thin rice paper is rather difficult as it`s very thin. For cooking delicious wraps, you`ll need to buy this unusual ingredient in the supermarket and put it into the bowl with the water for it to become wet. It will immediately become elastic. So, now you may get down to filling it with the seafood. Choose any ingredients you like. It may be the mixture of shrimp, squid or scallops. Enrich the taste of such a snack with fresh fruit, vegetables or even meat. Such a dish is much tastier than simple Thai lettuce wraps! So, let`s get down to cooking.

Instructions:
  1. For cooking our Asian dish we`ll need to prepare all the ingredients beforehand. Defrost shrimp and peel the vegetables.
  2. Peel shrimp as well.
  3. Boil them in the salty water for not more than 2 minutes.
  4. Wash red bell pepper again and cut it into thin strips.
  5. Cut carrot into the thin slices as well.
  6. Now peel onion and cut it into half-rings.
  7. Your vegetables are ready.
  8. Preheat the frying pan with the small amount of the vegetable oil. Fry vegetables in the pan for several minutes.
  9. Then you`ll need to add shrimp. Wait for a half a minute, stir everything and add salt and soy sauce to taste. Mix everything one more time and cook for two more minutes.
  10. Preheat the pan with the water. When it starts boiling, add rice paper into the pan.
  11. Take it out of the pan and put on the cutting board. Put the stuffing into the middle of the list.
  12. Form a loose envelope.
  13. Do the same with the rest of ingredients.
  14. Alll you need now is to decorate your snack with chopped parsley.
