  1. Mix wheat flour with the rice flour. Add olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. Pour water into the bowl and knead elastic dough.
  3. Cut pork and champignons into small pieces. Peel garlic.
  4. Mash everything, using a meat grinder.
  5. Add fish sauce.
  6. Later add soy sauce, cilantro, paprika, red hot pepper.
  7. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
  8. Flatten the dough and cut it into pieces.
  9. Fill them with the yummy mincemeat with mushrooms.
  10. Form huge bags and put them on the plate, lubricate with the vegetable oil.
  11. Boil wontons in the salty water until they are ready.
  12. Take them out of the pan and put into the bowl.
  13. Take another pan and fill it with the water, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce. Add salt and boil everything one more time.
  14. Put several wontons into the small bowls. Add hot broth.
  15. Decorate each portion with the chopped green onion.
