White Creamy Sauce


This easy white sauce can make all your dishes taste better. It`s usually served with pasta. For cooking white pasta it`s not necessary to use Parmesan. It may be any salty hard cheese you like.

Use this white sauce to serve with fish, pizza, meat or even sandwiches. All these dishes will become better and more unusual, if you decide to add several spoons of Alfredo sauce into your portion.

  1. Melt butter in the pot. Slowly add cream and mix it with the soft butter.
  2. Salt and pepper this creamy mass. Heat everything, stirring slowly.
  3. Cook the sauce for 5 more minutes until the sauce is thick enough. I recommend you to use the wooden spoon.
  4. Take the pan off the fire and add grated cheese.
