- Wash potato, but do not peel it. Boil vegetables in the salty water until they are ready. I also recommend you to add several rosemary sprigs into the pan with water.
- Heat the frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter.
- Fry chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Cut each half-boiled potato in two. Add this vegetable into the pan together with chopped rosemary.
