Instructions:
  1. Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil. Wash chicken fillet and wipe it, using paper towel. Add salt and pepper. Fry it for 5-6 minutes from both sides. Check, whether the dish is ready, cutting the middle of the fillet. Leave it to cool down for 5-7 minutes. Then you may cut it into cubes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook yummy sauce. Peel walnuts and crush them, using a knife or a powerful blender. Chop garlic. Mix these ingredients in the deep bowl. Add wine and olive oil. Salt all the ingredients and whip everything, using a whisk.
  3. Cut cucumbers into half-rings. Slice onion and tomatoes. Cut pepper. Take a separate bowl and mix all the vegetables in it. Add salt to taste. Chop cilantro. Mix veggies with meat and add the sauce.

Decorate the dish with chopped herbs. Eat it warm.
