  1. To begin with, you need to make the dough. Separate yolks and whites.
  2. Whip butter, using mixer. Slowly pour yolks into the bowl. Then add sour cream, walnuts, baking powder, flour and cocoa powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Whip whites with sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Add them into the big bowl. Mix the dough once again.
  5. Put it into the form and bake for 40 minutes at 374 degrees.
  6. When the pastry is ready, cut it into 3 parts.
  7. Now it`s time to cook cream.
  8. Whip cream with mixer, pour condensed milk into the bowl and finally add thickener.
  9. Cover cake with this cream.
  10. Now cook icing for cake decorating.
  11. Cover gelatine with water.
  12. Heat cream and mix it with gelatine.
  13. Put this mass into the fridge to cool down.
  14. In several minutes you may use it to cover the top of your cake.
  15. Finally, mash cookies and decorate the edges of your cake with it.
  16. The desert is ready. By the way, you can always change the way of decoration and ingredients used.
