If you`re a vegan, you always need to search for interesting recipes to make your ration more diverse. This recipe may be changed to your taste. Add any ingredients you like. For example, you may replace beans with other pulses or add fresh veggies.
· Tortillas – 4 pieces
· Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
· Beans – 1 can
· Oregano – 1 tbsp.
· Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp.
· Agave syrup – 1 tbsp.
· Dry paprika – 1 tbsp.
· Black pepper – ½ tsp.
· Garlic – 1 clove
· Salt -, chilli pepper – to taste
· Lime – 1 piece
· Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
1. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees. Mash one clove of garlic and mix it with salt. Preheat frying pan, filled with one spoon of vegetable oil. Fry all ingredients except beans, lime and tortillas for 2-3 minutes. Add beans and mix everything well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Heat tortillas in the oven for 2 minutes. Sprinkle them with olive oil and cover with the filling.
3. Decorate everything with slices of lime.
This dish should be eaten hot. By the way, you may replace tortillas with cabbage leaves. In this case you won`t need to bake your tacos.
