  1. Most vegan dinner ideas are easier than their traditional alternatives. This one is also really simple. Begin making your yummy soup by peeling onions. Cut them into thin slices. Sprinkle the bottom of the frying pan with oil. Add onion into it and dust everything with sugar. Cook everything for 40-50 minutes over low heat. Stir the onion from time to time so that the onion becomes caramelized.
  2. Peel and mince garlic. Add it into the pan as well. It will make the taste of the dish more flavorful.
  3. Pour white dry wine into the pan as well. Raise the heat and cook your vegan meal for 5 more minutes. The liquid will disappear.
  4. Now add flour and simmer everything for 3 minutes until the mass becomes thicker.

  7. Add tapioca starch, lemon juice and white miso paste. Use a food processor to turn it into a paste. Now slowly transfer this smooth cream into a small pan. Simmer it, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  8. Go back to the pan with the soup. Remove the pan from the heat.
  9. Cut French bread into slices and toast or fry them on the grilling pan.
  10. Serve each portion carefully. Fill the bowl with the soup. Cover it with the slice of grilled bread and the layer of the good vegan cheese. Your dinner is ready!
