  1. To begin with, mix the raw egg with salt. Add water and vegetable oil. Slowly add flour and knead the dough. Peel the potato, wash it and boil it until the vegetables are soft. Mash them carefully.
  2. Chop the onion and fry it in the pan with the vegetable oil. Mix it carefully, adding salt and pepper. Leave it to cool down until warm.
  3. Flatten the dough. There should be a very thin layer on the table. Cut off the circles, using a form or an ordinary cup.
  4. Fill each circle with the potato mass and form the dumplings. Boil them in the salty water until the meal is ready.
