Instructions:
  1. To cook this vegetable soup, preheat vegetable oil in a large pan. Add chopped onion and slices of carrot into it. Reduce the heat and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes until they are soft.
  2. Add minced garlic to your vegetable soup. Cook it for 1 more minute.
  3. Now you can add flour to make your soup thicker. Stir everything so that the sauce covers all the veggies.
  4. Simmer this soup for about 20-24 minutes. The potato will become soft, as well as all the veggies.
  5. Add salt and pepper. To make your dish more fragrant, add chopped fresh dill.
