Instructions:
  1. Cooking cinnamon rolls is very easy. To make them you will need to use non-dairy substitutions for butter and milk. Warm almond milk and add a pinch of sugar into it. Slowly add dry yeast and set the bowl aside. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, take a new bowl and mix flour with baking powder, 0.5 cup of cane sugar, salt and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Add oil or vegan butter. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl carefully. If you need to, you can add more flour.
  4. Form tight ball and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.
  5. It will grow in size. Knead the dough for five minutes; add more flour if needed. Divide the dough into several pieces. Form tight sausages and flatten them. Mix the rest of the ingredients and cover the dough with this mass. Form small rolls and transfer them to the baking pan.
  6. Bake these rolls for 20 minutes.
