Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Take the frozen pie crust out of the freezer and transfer it to the fridge.
  2. Heat vegetable oil for about a minute. Add minced garlic and cook it for 30 more seconds. It will make the oil fragrant. Add chopped cabbage and sliced leeks. Add pepper and salt. Cook everything for 7-10 minutes. The veggies shouldn’t be mushy.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat.
  4. To make the pie more nutritious and flavorful, mix spices with cornstarch and cashews. Add 0.75 cup of water and blend everything carefully.
  5. Transfer the pie crust to the pan covered with parchment or lubricated with butter. Form nice thin corners.
  6. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them on top of the crust. Add the layer of sautéed vegetables and pour this nutritious sauce over it.
  7. Put the open cabbage pie into the oven and cook this light dish for half an hour. Your yummy pie will become soft and tender.

 Remove this cabbage meal from the oven and cut it into pieces. Serve it with lean sour cream or your favorite light sauce.
