What if I told you that to cook lemon lemon - very good recipes of lemon learn more... bars you’ll only need to use 7 ingredients? And that is totally true. This thick and creamy dessert with a lemon flavor is a rather easy dish. At the same time, this dessert is perfect for brunches, baby showers, picnics and birthday parties!

 First, let’s look at those seven ingredients we`re going to use. For cooking tender lemon bars, you need to buy:

  •         Flour. This is the ingredient giving the structure to your dessert. If you want your lemon squares to be tougher, add a little more flour;
  •         Butter. The next ingredient is also very important. Melted butter become the base of the crust and makes the taste of the dessert tender.
  •         Sugar. It can make the dessert sweet and give form to the lemon bars. If you skip this step, the dessert will be wet and unpleasant.
  •         Eggs. They also give structure to the dessert. Without this ingredient, your lemon bars will turn into jelly.
  •         Lemon juice. It can also give your dessert extra flavor. We recommend you squeeze fresh juice right before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. If you are afraid that your bars will be too sour, use the juice of a lime, grapefruit or oranges.
  •         Salt. Add a small amount of salt to make the dessert less sweet and more exquisite.
  •         Vanilla extract. This is the secret ingredient that will make your lemon square recipe the best thing you’ve ever baked.
