Instructions:
  1. Peel onion and potatoes; wash veggies.
  2. Grate both potatoes and onion on the coarse grater. Get rid of the extra liquid.
  3. Stir in flour and add one egg. Mix everything carefully; add salt and pepper to this potato dough.
