Instructions:
  1. Peel onion and potato.
  2. Grate vegetables or mash them using a food processor. The second variant is much easier.
  3. Mix potato and onion with egg, flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the pan with vegetable oil. Start frying small pancakes.
  5. Cook them for 2-3 minutes from both sides.

Serve these yummy hashbrowns warm.

Very interesting dish. I didn’t manage to cook the first few hash browns. The potatoes were too raw. Then I tried to keep them on the fire longer. But then they get too fried. And then I finally realized that it is necessary to make the fire smaller…
