Ukrainian Hashbrowns. Delicious Eastern Breakfast
Crunchy hashbrowns together with a glass of cold milk can be a perfect breakfast for everyone.

- Peel onion and potato.
- Grate vegetables or mash them using a food processor. The second variant is much easier.
- Mix potato and onion with egg, flour, salt and pepper.
- Preheat the pan with vegetable oil. Start frying small pancakes.
- Cook them for 2-3 minutes from both sides.
Serve these yummy hashbrowns warm.
