Instructions:
  1. Start by preheating the oven to 375 F.
  2. Prepare baked or boiled potato. Mash it carefully, turning it into a soft puree. Add butter and cream cheese or sour cream. If you need, you can add more cream or milk.
  3. Fry bacon for several minutes on a medium heat. It should become crunchy. Leave it to cool down.
  4. Chop it into small pieces. Grate cheese on the coarse grater. Chop garlic, parsley and onion. Add all these ingredients into the bowl.
  5. Fill a baking pan with this creamy potato mass.
  6. Bake it for half an hour. The cheese will melt and the potato will become fragrant and juicy.
  7. Add any toppings you like and bake it for 5 more minutes. We recommend using pieces of roasted chicken, more cheese and fresh herbs.
