Instructions:
  1. Cook the dough, mixing all the ingredients needed. Break chocolate into small pieces, put them into the bowl and melt on the water bath. Add butter.
  2. Melt everything until the mass is smooth.
  3. Add sugar, mix everything one more time and take the pan off the fire. Add eggs one by one and mix all the ingredients, turning them into the smooth mass.
  4. Sift the flour through the sieve and mix it with salt. Combine dry and liquid ingredients.
  5. Bake everything in the form, lubricated with butter at 356 F for 35-40 minutes. Check whether the dish is ready, using a toothpick.
  6. Take the form out of the oven and leave to cool down. I recommend to put it into the fridge for 8-12 hours.
  7. Now you may cook yummy cream. Crash chocolate, using a sharp knife.
  8. Heat cream in the bowl. Add crushed chocolate.
  9. Mix everything again. Leave this cream for the whole night again.
  10. Cooking truffles isn`t difficult as well. Crash chocolate and melt it on the water bath. Mix it with hot cream.
  11. When the mass is smooth enough, you may also add rum to make your dish fragrant. Leave everything to cool down for the whole night.
  12. In an hour you may get down to forming balls. Put them on the tray, covered with baking paper and leave it in the fridge for 40 minutes. Then roll each ball in cocoa powder.
  13. In 12 hours, you may start forming your pie. Cut the cake in two, forming thinner layers.
  14. Cover the first layer with the cream.
  15. Add the second layer, Cook yummy icing. Heat cream but do not let it boil. Add sugar powder and mix this mass. Add crushed chocolate and add it into the warm mass. Mix all these ingredients and take the pan off the fire.
  16. Cover the second layer of your cake with this topping. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.

Decorate your dessert with the truffles and grated chocolate. Bon Appetite!

I have a great weakness for chocolate desserts. I love to try different recipes and cook by myself. And this recipe for chocolate truffles is a stunning, but challenging. I managed to cook it only at the second attempt. But, it was worth it.
