Instructions:
  1. Mix cup of warm milk with 2 tablespoons of the flour, dry yeast and 2 tsp of sugar. Leave this mixture in the warm place. Don`t forget to cover the bowl with the lid. Wait for 15-25 minutes before opening the bowl.
  2. Meanwhile you need to whip yolks, sugar and vanilla. Add salt, oil and the rest of the milk. Combine this liquid with warm mass in the bowl. Add the rest of the flour. Don’t forget to sift it through the sieve. Mix everything well. Whip whites with sugar and add them into the bowl. Mix the dough with your hands until it`s thick enough and non-sticky. If you need, add more flour.
  3. Put the dough into the big pot and hide it in the warm place. When it`s twice as bigger, mix it one more time and leave it for several more minutes.
  4. Lubricate the form with butter and cover the bottom with the baking paper. Form balls and put them into these forms. If there are raisins on the top of these balls, you need to hide them. Otherwise your raisins will burn.
  5. Preheat the oven to 356 F and bake your cakes at 30-35 minutes. When the top of each cake is ruddy, cover the forms with the wet paper.
  6. When cakes are ready, put them on the wet towel and leave to cool down. Cover each cake with thick and soft topping.
  7. It`s very easy to cook. All you need to do is to whip egg white and slowly add sugar powder into the bowl. Then you need to add lemon juice and continue whipping. Cover the cake with this topping. Put the cake into the oven with the door opened. Leave it for several minutes. The topping should be clean and white. If you like, you may decorate the cake with decorations or some sweets.
