Instructions:
  1. Whip eggs, chop greens, cut red cayenne pepper and get rid of seeds. Mix all the ingredients using your hands. You may take matzo flour instead of breadcrumbs.
  2. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees. Cover muffin tin with baking paper. Fill it with minced meat. Put the tray into the oven and bake for 1,5 hour, until it`s ready.
  3. This roll will be juicy as you use ground beef. Leave it in the form for 15-20 minutes for the juice to be absorbed. Then get it out the form and cut into wide slices. Leave them to cool down. You may either eat it right after cooking, or freeze a part of this roll.

This nutritious roll is great for a big company. You may eat it without any garnish or serve together with fresh salad
