Traditional Chili Con Carne
This deliciously hearty dish is perfect for a long Friday night with friends or family dinner. It may be eaten with tortillas, chips or bread.

Prepare all the vegetables: cut pepper and onion into squares, chop garlic.
Preheat butter in the deep pan. Fry onion until it`s soft. Add pepper, garlic, chilli, paprika and cumin. Mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Add ground beef into the pan and cook until it has brown colour. You also need to mix it from time to time, to make the mass smooth.
When meat is ready, add broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, marjoram, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. When it boils, turn down the fire, cover pan with the lid and stew your chili for 20 minutes.
Wash beans and add it into the pan. Cool this dish for 10 more minutes.
