Tortilla Wraps


When spring comes, I like to spend my free time outdoor and cook food on fire. Besides classical rotisserie chicken and grilled meat, I like to make tortilla roll ups. They are filled with melted cheese, delicious chicken and greens. You may fill crunchy tortillas with some other ingredients, if you like. Sounds yummy, doesn`t it? But what about those days, when it`s too cold to cook food on fire?
Here is the recipe of tortilla wraps, you can make even in your kitchen. Cook it together with me. I assure you, it`s very tasty!

  1. First, we need to cook filling for our wraps. Cut into small cubes pre-boiled chicken. Cheese should be grated and greens chopped. Mix all these ingredients in the big bowl and break one egg into it. Salt everything and mix once again.
  2. Cut tortilla into four slices. Each one should be big enough for making a nice wrap out of it.
  3. Put the filling on the each piece of tortilla and roll it.
  4. Preheat the frying pan and put a piece of butter on it. Fry small wraps from both sides until they have golden crust.
