Tortilla with Avocado and Pesto Sauce
This nutritious snack is healthy and yummy. You may fill tortilla with some other ingredients, if you like. I prefer this combination of products. Here is the recipe of the snack I eat myself and cook for my family.
Total calories in the prepared dish
Take big tortilla. You may buy it or cook at home.
Lubricate it with pesto sauce.
Take avocado, get rid of the pit and peel it. Use only soft avocados in this recipe. Cut it into thin slices and put on the top of the tortilla.
Cut tomato into thin half-slices. Put them on the top of avocado.
Add grated cheese. I prefer using Radamer polish cheese, but you may replace it with any other.
Fold tortilla in two. Fry it from both sides for several minutes.
Now we`re done. You may serve it or pack in your lunchbox to eat later.
