Instructions:
  1. Preheat the pan with oil and cook ground meat until it is juicy and golden-brown. We recommend using turkey, however you can replace it with Italian sausages or ground beef. It will take about five minutes.
  2. Get rid of the extra fat and add minced garlic into the pan. After 30 seconds, add chopped onion and dry herbs.
  3. Cook the onions with garlic for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
  4. Slowly stir in the flour and cook everything for 1 minute.
  5. Now it's time to pour in chicken broth and add tomato sauce. It will make the taste of the dish richer. Cook everything for 10 more minutes.
  6. Add tortellini into the pan with the soup. Cover it with the lid and cook everything for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Finally, stir in cream and simmer the tortellini soup for 1-2 minutes.

 If you like, you can add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve it immediately with chopped parsley. You can also add more dry herbs while serving this soup. Use an Italian herbs mixture (thyme, rosemary and oregano). You can also add a lot of grated cheese on top of each portion of the soup.
