Amazing Pasta with Shrimp and Cream Sauce


This exquisite and creative dish has a long history. One legend says that there was one Italian owner of a small restaurant. His girlfriend was dying and he didn`t know how to help her. So, this man decided to surprise her. He cooked yummy pasta with the sauce trying to show his love in such a way. This sauce was made of cheese, cream and butter. This act of love “cured” his girlfriend. History of this dish There are a lot of kinds of pasta in Italy: fanfalle, spaghetti, fettuccine, etc. Translated it means “dough”. That`s why all these ingredients are so diverse. Not everybody knows that pasta was created in China. Marco Polo, impressed by that dish, brought this product to Italy. Nowadays Italians serve pasta as a 1st meal. Then they eat hot dish. There are a lot of recipes of pasta. One of the best is pasta with shrimp and cream sauce. 
This is classical recipe of Italian pasta with seafood.

  1. Boil pasta for 8 minutes. Put it into the strainer.
  2. Chop garlic. Fry it on the hot pan, covered with oil for several minutes. Put garlic into the plate and leave the pan to cool down.
  3. Defrost shrimp and peel them. Fry seafood in the clean pan with thick bottom until they are golden-yellow. Then leave them to cool down.
  4. Pour cream into the bowl with garlic oil. Add salt and basil. Mix everything and fry this mass until it`s thick.
  5. Now you need to add shrimp into this pan and fry everything for several more minutes.
  6. Mix this sauce with pasta or pour it on the top of macaroni. Both variants are amazing. Though you will use a small amount of ingredients, this dish will be very tasty.
