Instructions:
  1. First, prepare vegetables. Cover baking tray with the parchment. Cut red bell pepper into large pieces. Cut each tomato in 2 halves.
  2. Chop onion and garlic.
  3. Form several layers, mixing all the ingredients. Add salt, pepper and dry herbs to taste. Sprinkle everything with fragrant olive oil.
  4. Bake everything for 15-20 minutes.
  5. When you`re done, take the form out of the oven. Cut tomatoes into smaller pieces or mash them, using a powerful blender.
  6. Add tomato paste to the pan. If you don`t want your soup to be too thick, add vegetable broth. Now add all the veggies and mix everything.
  7. Cook your tomato soup for 2-3 minutes until the dish is ready.
