Tomato Soup with Croutons
Warm cream soup with crunchy croutons is both nutritious and very tasty.

Cut onion, garlic, celery and carrot. Heat butter with olive oil in the pan. Add vegetables and stew everything for 5-10 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, sugar, bouillon, parsley. Mix all the ingredients well. Boil everything and slow down the fire. Mash your soup, using a powerful blender. Add spices, cream. Mix everything one more time and take the pan off the fire.
Take a baguette and cut it into slices. Grate hard cheese. Preheat the frying pan with the thick bottom. Fry cheese circles for 30 seconds.
Put slices of bread on the top of cheese. As soon as cheese starts melting, take the pan off the fire. Add dry basil.
