Tomato Soup with Avocado
This delicious soup may be hot or cold. For cooking hot dish you need to use canned tomatoes, and if you want to treat your family with fresh light snack, choose cold soup made of fresh tomatoes. I`ll share with you the recipe of warming hot dish for cold evenings.

Pour olive oil into the pan and heat it.
Add canned tomatoes and boil everything. Salt and pepper your would-be-soup and cook it for 5-7 minutes. Then you need to mash it, using blender. If the mass is too thick, add tomato juice.
Cut avocado in two halves. Get rid of the pit and skin. Cut it into thin slices.
Form the rose for decoration the dish.
Pour the soup into small bowls, decorate each portion with avocado rose and basil and serve this yummy soup. Bon Appetite!
