Instructions:
  1. Pour olive oil into the pan and heat it.
  2. Add canned tomatoes and boil everything. Salt and pepper your would-be-soup and cook it for 5-7 minutes. Then you need to mash it, using blender. If the mass is too thick, add tomato juice.
  3. Cut avocado in two halves. Get rid of the pit and skin. Cut it into thin slices.
  4. Form the rose for decoration the dish.

Pour the soup into small bowls, decorate each portion with avocado rose and basil and serve this yummy soup. Bon Appetite!
