Instructions:
  1. Grind walnuts, using a powerful blender.
  2. Wash tomatoes. Cut it crosswise and put into the bowl with boiling water. Leave it for 1 minute. Then you need to strain the water, cover the bowl with the lid and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Peel tomatoes.
  4. Cut them into pieces and put into the bowl of the blender. Add garlic and onion. Turn everything into the smooth mass.
  5. Mix this puree with walnuts. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped herbs.
