Tomato Sauce to Go with Pasta

If you like Italian cuisine, this recipe for a delicious pasta with tomato sauce is good for you. We`ll use the minimal amount of ingredients (basil, olive oil, hard cheese and Italian herbs). All of them should be very qualitative and fresh. It is also very important to choose the right pasta and not overcook it.

Keep in mind that this is the basic recipe. If you want to experiment with the tastes, you may serve Italian pasta on the plate with the cheese and even minced meat.

Quick pasta with sauce won`t do your body anything bad.

Instructions:
  1. To begin with, prepare all the ingredients. Boil salty water.
  2. Cut each tomato crosswise. Put them into the bowl and pour hot water on the top of the vegetables. Leave them for five minutes.
  3. Then peel the vegetables and cut them into small cubes.
  4. Add pasta into the pot with the boiling water. Pour olive oil into the pan. Boil pasta until it`s half-ready.
  5. Fill the pot with the olive oil. Preheat it well. Add chopped tomatoes, Italian herbs and salt.
  6. Mix everything carefully.
  7. Slow down the fire. Leave the pot covered with the lid. Stew everything for 5 minutes.
  8. Add chopped basil.
  9. Meanwhile strain macaroni. Serve them with the sauce and decorate each portion with grated cheese.

If you like, you may heat tomato pasta with cheese in the pan. In such a way, cheese will melt and become very tender and yummy.  Bon Appetite!
