  1. Cut cucumbers in 2 pieces and slice each one. Put these slices into the bowl.
  2. Then cut tomatoes into pieces and add them into the bowl as well.
  3. Cut red bell pepper in 2 and cut off the core. Slice it into thin strips.
  4. Then cut feta cheese into cubes.
  5. Take black olives, strain the liquid and cut them into thin circles. Mix all these ingredients.
  6. Now get down to cooking the dressing. Mix olive oil with mustard and lemon juice. If you like, you may add black pepper to taste.
