Thin Flank Rolls

  1. Wash flank and wipe it, using a paper towel.
  2. The next step is very important. If you do everything right, meat will be juicy and spicy. Mash garlic. Mix it with salt, pepper and all your favourite herbs and spices.
  3. Rub the flank with this spicy mixture and form a tight roll. Tight it carefully.
  4. You may cook your homemade roll in the oven or boil it.
  5. If you choose to bake meat, cook it for 2 hours in the preheated oven.
  6. I recommend you to cover this roll with the tinfoil and unwrap when the dish is almost ready.
  7. In 2 hours, take the roll out of the oven. Leave it in the tinfoil to cool down.
  8. Get rid of the tinfoil and thread.
  9. Cut it into thin slices or serve on the big plate with your favourite garnish.
