The Most Delicious Chops

This recipe is rather creative, as chops are made of eggs. If you are tired of cooking grilled lamb and other dishes with meat, try this recipe. It will help you to feed both your family and guests. Cooking these chops doesn`t take much time. Try to cook it, and you`ll see that chops melt in the mouth!

Instructions:
  1. Cool down boiled eggs, peel and grate them.
  2. It`s recommended to boil eggs not less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, the yolk will be raw.
  3. Chop washed onion and dill.
  4. Use only fresh greens, to make the taste of chops fresher.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in the deep bowl.
  6. Add one tablespoon of Greek yoghurt. If you like, you may choose any other type of yogurt without sugar.
  7. Sift flour through the sieve and add it into the bowl too. In this case the mass won`t be lumpy.
  8. It`s also recommended to add a piece of soft butter into this mass. It will make the taste fresher and more creamy.
  9. Add two tablespoons of semolina, salt everything and mix once again.
  10. I also suggest you to add one raw egg into the mass, so that everything sticks together.
  11. Add salt to taste.
  12. Soak your hands in the warm water and form small chops.
  13. You may use vegetable oil instead of water.
  14. One more advice is that you shouldn`t make too big and thick chops.
  15. Preheat frying pan, lubricated with vegetable oil. Put chops on it. The distance between them shouldn`t be too big. Turn down the fire and cover the pan.
  16. Fry chops from both sides for 4 minutes. Chops with golden crust should be served hot.
  17. If your frying pan is non-stick, do not use vegetable oil. In this case your chops will be much healthier.

This is an interesting recipe of vegetarian chops, which you may try instead of cooking lamb steaks. Meanwhile, this dish may be served with the sauce for lamb chops.
