Instructions:
  1. Mix dry ingredients in the bowl. Fill it with the flour, cocoa powder, salt, sugar, vanilla and baking soda, mixed with several drops of vinegar.
  2. Add eggs, milk, oil and melted butter into the same bowl. Whip everything for 5 minutes.
  3. The dough will be bright and have chocolate flavor.
  4. Cover the form with the rest of butter and the layer of baking paper. Fill it with the chocolate dough.
  5. Put this form into the preheated oven and bake everything for 45 minutes ant 356 F. Check, whether the dish is ready, using a wooden toothpick. When the cake is ready, put it on the grid to cool down. If you have enough time, cover it with the plastic wrap and leave in the warm place.
  6. Fill the bowl of the blender with cold cream. Whip them for a minute. Add sugar powder and continue whipping this mass for 5 more minutes.
  7. Cut the sponge cake in two pieces and cover each layer with the cream.
  8. Decorate your dessert and dust with the grated chocolate.
