Hello. Today I am cooking the yummy cake on the pan. This non-baked dessert is great for those who doesn`t have an oven at home. This delicious cake is very tender, tasty, melting in the mouth and not too sweet.  Let’s cook!

  1. Put the egg into the bowl and add sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Mix well, add salt and baking powder. Note: if you use soda, slake mix with vinegar or fresh lemon juice.
  3. Sift the flour and add into the bowl gradually.
  4. Knead the dough with the spatula.
  5. Put the dough on a table and continue kneading it with your hands. Note: add flour if necessary. The dough should be smooth and elastic.
  6. Cut the dough into 8-9 equal parts.
  7. Roll them.
  8. Fry them on the hot dry pan.
  9. Put the cakes into the plate and cover with a towel. Set aside.
  10. Add sour cream into the bowl, add powdered sugar and mix. Set aside. Note: you can use white sugar instead of powdered sugar.
  11. Take the cakes and cut into pieces.
  12. Cover the layers with the cream and form the cake.
  13. Cover the sides and top of cake.
  14. Grind the leftovers in a blender
  15. Fry the crumbs in a frying pan until they will turn brown.
  16. Dust the cake with these crumbs.
  17. Leave the cake to cool down.
