  1. Put a big non-stick pan in the oven. Choose skinless and boneless chicken breasts and rub them with salt and pepper. Put them into the pan and start frying from both sides. When the chicken breasts are golden-brown, you can remove the pan from the heat. Set it aside and get down to preparing the tender creamy sauce.
  2. You can continue cooking in the same pot you’ve used for frying the chicken. Fill it with the chicken broth. Add broccoli and boil vegetables. Than you need to reduce the heat, cover the pan with the lid and cook everything for five more minutes. Take the broccoli out of the pan, using a slotted spoon to get rid of the extra water.
  3. Fill the small bowl with the milk. Add the flour until the mass is thick enough. Add chopped dill. You can use dry herbs instead. Whisk everything for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now let’s get back to the chicken breasts. Cooking this dinner, you need to put poultry into the pan with the broth again. Slowly pour the mixture of milk and flour into it as well. Cover the pan and sauté everything for 10-20 minutes. Do not overcook it! Otherwise the poultry will be dry and less tasty.
  5. Now it’s time to serve the dish. It’s also really easy. Put one chicken breast on the plate. Pour the sauce on the top of it and add warm broccoli. You’re done!

This recipe for boneless chicken breast is time-tested. You can enrich the taste of the dish by adding the following ingredients:

  •         Fresh minced garlic or garlic powder. If you like the unusual flavor of garlic, add it while cooking the poultry with the sauce;
  •         Rice flour. This is the ingredient that you can use to replace wheat flour. In this case, your dish will be gluten-free and even healthier;
  •         Sour cream/cream. Use these ingredients instead of milk to make the taste richer.
