Instructions:
  1. To begin with, peel the garlic. Crush it carefully. Preheat a pan filled with vegetable oil. Cook the garlic in it until it’s almost brown. It will make the oil fragrant. Next, you can remove the leftovers of the garlic from the pan.
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces. Fry them for 3-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grate the ginger and add it into the pan. Mix everything carefully.
  4. Wash the rice and add it into the pan with the poultry. Pour in two cups of water. Cover the pan with the lid and stew everything for 15 minutes. Stir everything constantly.
  5. In 15 minutes, you can add broccoli into the pan. Cut the red bell pepper into thin slices. Add these strips into the pan. Stew everything for 5 minutes.
  6. Now cook the teriyaki sauce. Mix the soy sauce with liquid honey, rice vinegar and tomato sauce in a bowl. Fill half a cup with warm water and add the starch. Pour this liquid into the bowl as well. Mix everything one more time.
  7. Pour this sauce into the pan with the rice and meat. Mix all the ingredients and stew the dish until the rice is ready.
