Instructions:
  1. Preheat the pan with olive oil and cook minced garlic with chopped onion in it. Add dry herbs, stirring everything carefully for 1-3 minutes.
  2. Wash all the mushrooms carefully and cut them into thin slices. Add them into the pan as well. Pour in soy sauce and cover the pot with the lid. Sauté all the ingredients for about 10 minutes.
  3. Now you should remove the lid and continue cooking everything for 10 more minutes. At the end add coconut milk and simmer this soup for 5-7 minutes. It will help to mix all the flavors and make this dish perfect.
  4. Taste the dish and add salt and pepper.
  5. When your mushroom soup is ready, serve it in the bowl with fresh chopped herbs.
