Instructions:
  1. Wash fillet and wipe it. Cut it into 2-3 pieces. Tenderize poultry. Do it really carefully. Rub each steak with salt and pepper and cover with the plastic wrap.
  2. Whip egg with milk, flour, chopped dill, salt and pepper. This mass shouldn`t be too thick.
  3. Deep each piece of meat into the bowl with egg mass.
  4. Preheat the frying pan and add olive oil into it.
  5. Fry poultry from both sides.
