Instructions:
  1. Get down to cooking the dough. Sift the flour through the sieve, forming a pile. Form the hole in the middle of it. Add salt and eggs. Knead the dough. Work with it for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth. When the dough is ready. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.
  2. Cut the dough into several pieces. Flatten the dough and dust it with the flour. Put the filling on the surface of the dough. Cover this layer with another part of the dough. Cut this big square into several parts. Dust ravioli with the flour.

Cook it until the vegetables are golden-yellow. You`ll get fragrant oil. Now you may add mashed potato into the pot. Stew everything for several minutes. Don`t forget to add salt and pepper into the pot.
  5. Fill the pan with the water and boil it. Add a pinch of salt. Boil ravioli for 5 minutes. Then take these ravioli out of the pan and put them into the bowl with the sauce. Mix everything carefully. Add chopped basil. Serve this dish on the warm plates with the grated hard cheese and basil.
